Our Staff

started the business in 1981 as a crew of one. Over the years he expanded services and hired employees to make Buddy Rodgers and Son what it is today. His son, Ralph, started riding along as a young boy even bringing along a coloring book. The more Ralph watched, the more eager he became to join with the hands-on approach. Ralph joined with work duties soon after. Buddy has over 50 years of combined commercial, municipal and residential experience in the lawn industry. Pride of work and quality are still top priority for him and the company!

learned directly from Buddy and Ralph the importance of quality service and work for our customers and our company. Jason pays great attention to detail in every part of his work. He has worked in the lawn and landscape care industry over 20  years.  Jason is a Certified Commercial Pesticide Applicator in both Turf and Ornamental (tree and shrub).
